G-SHOCK partnered with Complex to generate buzz and awareness around the soft launch of G-SHOCK’s GA-700 timepiece and their partnership with influential visual artist Naturel.

The event was a major success - with strong buzz and excitement flowing around the GA-700 and the G-SHOCK Flagship Store in Soho. A group of influential, diverse, guests made their way to the event and had a unique opportunity to interact first hand with Naturel. They were able to learn more about the partnership - and his art - which was displayed “gallery style” on the upper level of the store.

Naturel stuck around for the duration of the event - and the environment was both fun and intimate. Guests took pictures, held conversations, and interacted freely with Naturel. Naturel also autographed a handful of custom pieces of art and distributed them as GWP’s to those who purchased the GA-700. He also signed the custom pieces within the front window display and the gallery.

Additionally, the event featured an open bar courtesy of Buchanan’s Whisky, with music provided by rising resident NYC DJ Jonah Levine
